The U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the Meridian Programme Committee are eager to welcome participation from your country to the Meridian Conference in Washington. DC. The Conference will be held from October 28-30, 2009.  

We are extremely pleased to announce that in addition to Secretary Janet Napolitano of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security delivering the Keynote Address, Under Secretary Rand Beers and Deputy Under Secretary Philip Reitinger of the National Protection and Programs Directorate will participate as well.
